Return & Refund
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts for 30 days, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of Print-on-Demand (POD) products, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@codeanddice.com. We will provide you with further instructions and the return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will work to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order products).
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless damaged or defective).

EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the replacement item after the return is approved.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Since each item is custom-made, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations beyond this period.
EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to EU countries, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
The item must be in original condition, unused, and with tags. Proof of purchase is required.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@codeanddice.com.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or production errors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving such issues promptly.
